Sunplus Co., Ltd. offers proposals such as sample creation from estimates according to the requests of each customer. After ordering, we will centrally manage and deliver all products. First of all, please let us know your wishes once.
- If you would like to consult with us, please contact us from the inquiry form first. After that, we will contact you back from our representative.
- After hearing about your wishes and design proposals, we will find a factory that meets your budget and estimate regardless of whether you are in Japan or overseas.
Trial production and modification
- We will discuss again while looking at the sample. If there is a correction, I will make a sample again here and bring it closer to completion.
* This is where sample creation, fares, etc. will be charged. At this point, it will be a slightly more expensive fee, but please be assured that this fee will be returned (offset) at the time of (4) order (order).
Confirmation, contract, order
- When you are satisfied, you will receive a contract and then place an order. It usually takes 40 to 60 days to get to the customer, according to the quantity after placing an order. * Customers who make the first transaction will pay in advance at
this time. After the second time, you can also pay after delivery.
- When producing, we closely contact the factory side. This production will be made at the factory as soon as the material arrives. After the end of production, the factory staff thoroughly confirms and inspections the size, sewing, processing, etc. of the product according to strict standards.
- We will deliver to the designated place of the customer as soon as it arrives.
